Owners Brett & Jane Reid along with their dedicated team of butchers have been supplying quality meat produce to the local community since 1987.

We specialise in providing quality Western Australian meat sourced from local farmers including grain fed south-west Beef, quality Lamb, Dardanup female Pork and chemical free Liberty Chickens. All our gourmet sausages are made on the premises and we make our own preservative and gluten free sausages for customers with special dietary requirements.

Short of time, let Reids Meats do the hard work for you. We have an extensive array of prepared products ready to go – marinated racks of lamb, great steaks for the barbecue or pan, chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta and herbs wrapped in prosciutto, homemade lasagnes, handmade veal and chicken schnitzels to name just a few. The choices are endless.

When you require that special cut of meat to impress family or friends just ask one of our staff for advice. We can offer Greeks Legs of Lamb, gorgeous Scotch Fillet Beef Roasts, Racks of Female Pork with Crackle, Butterflied & Marinated Legs of Lamb, Mediterranean Split Chickens and the list goes on.

Advice is always on hand on cooking your meat. We even sell meat thermometers to ensure you get it just right and knife sharpeners for easy carving!


For our American customers (and converted Australians too) we produce excellent streaky bacon. After having repeated requests from American customers who were unable to purchase bacon that tasted the way they remembered it back home we produce two types.


One which is brown sugar-cured and the other crushed black peppercorn coated. Of course we can also provide American Hotdogs, our own Jimmy Dean Spicy Pork Sausages, Brisket, Louisiana Smoked Sausages and USA Pork Spareribs.


At the recent Australian PorkMark 2012 Ham Awards for Excellence held in September 2012 we were awarded ‘2nd Place in Western Australia’ together with a ‘Highly Commended Award’ for our Boneless Leg Ham which is produced on our premises.

Opening until 6.30 pm in the evening ensures that you can pop in on your way home to purchase an easy cook meal which is both easy to prepare and nutritious.
